Naji's team was not only highly skilled but also incredibly polite and kind throughout the entire process. When Naji came to give the quote he communicated clearly, and explained not only which equipment was required by also the processes of what would happen in the event of a flood. Vince and Azumah arrived on time, and completed the work neatly and efficiently. As a wheelchair user, I felt safe and confident having them in my home without being able to supervise the work being done in my basement.I had a fantastic experience with Kelly, the office administrator. She was attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about promptly answering all of my questions. This team has it all, they are honest, reliable and professional. Basement was flooded during the storm in July, they showed up on schedule and worked without a break to resolve the issue so water can drain fast. I had a sump pump inside my home that was not working so I called a few plumbers with good reviews on Google to find someone competent to either repair or replace the pump. After calling the first two, I was not impressed with their answers to my questions. The 3rd company I called was Precise Plumbing and Naji answered right away. I explained what was happening and his excellent communication in explaining the various reasons for the pump not working and that all his trucks carry sump pumps (both 1/3 HP and 1/2 HP) so that if it needed replacing his team could swap it out immediately reassured me that I landed on the right company. Naji's employee showed up exactly on time, and Naji actually came out shortly as I told him I wasn't sure my 2nd pump was working as the outside water expel pipe was dry which was not normal. They tested the 1st pump that I knew wasn't working since it was completely underwater and showed me the corrosion and that it was dead and needed replacing. He then checked the other pump in the cold cellar and it was also underwater, but it was just a stuck float. He activated it, tested it several times and said it was working fine and not need to replace.Precise Plumbing's price was extremely fair, and in line with what the other plumbing companies had quoted, but Naji also provided great information and was a wealth of knowledge on home plumbing maintenance.I'm really glad I found this company and they will be my go-to plumbers from now on due to the great prices, honesty and excellent service...look no further, just call them...they can do everything including water softener installation at a reasonable price.

The precise plumbing team are absolute pros.Have had Naji and team complete a few major repairs at my house, most recently to fix of a section of collapsed drain pipe which resulted in a backup followed by a full epoxy re-lining of my drain system out to the street. These guys went above and beyond from the outset. Naji calmly walked me through an incredibly stressful situation and came up with a game plan which put my mind at ease. He explained step by step the plan clearly and concisely so I was comfortable with the entire process. The precise team handled the job with ease, finished on schedule, on budget and left my place spotless after they were finished. Would recommend these guys for any job, small or large - hands down one of the most professional companies I’ve ever worked with!
