Offers a subsidy for 50% of the costs, up to $2,000, for repairing or lining sewer lateral pipes to prevent basement flooding.

Provides a full subsidy up to $500 for disconnecting downspouts to prevent basement flooding (BT – Waterproofing and Foundation Repair)
